Check out the beach house again, if you haven’t already. Six, yes SIX, TVs!! Also, Mom’s gonna meet me there with Vietnamese food. Sweet!
I’ll write more when I get to the beach. Meanwhile, wish me luck on my first half marathon!
Have a great weekend everyone!

We spent a beautiful week on Corolla a couple of years ago. I bet there were TVs in the house.
That place is eerie. You can watch the development happening around you. Like, the beach houses are built on sand. How long do you think that will last?
I was also there a couple of years before, camping and flying sailplanes with my cousin. It’s incredibly beautiful. In some places, it’s like you’re on the moon. In others, like you’re in Bermuda. And those are on either side of a single dune.

You are totally right. I walked on the beach this weekend and saw several apartment buildings, houses and hotels propped up by sandbags. Others were condemned. Building houses on sand, especially with the ocean creeping up closer and closer every year, does not seem like such a good idea. Luckily our house was quite far from the water. Check out the
view from the back balcony.
