Lived at the Pete Gross House (sponsored by Seattle Cancer Care Alliance) while tending to a friend who is in the UW Med Center after a bone marrow transplant. Intense week, very emotional, but I love Seattle and the PG House had the most fantastic rooftop garden! Every night when I got home, I made myself a cocktail and went up there to decompress and watch the sailboats on Lake Union. On the shuttle bus every day to the UW Med Center passed a few places I remember being at with you & Philip – Serafina, for one. Anyway–CHAD –mercy, the boy has done grown up! Did he get married? Think of you both always with love & affection, Vana.
